Boy Scout volunteers on Staten Island arrested after ‘huge’ heroin stash discovered

NEW BRIGHTON, Staten Island (WABC) —

Two Boy Scout volunteers on Staten Island are underneath arrest after police say they discovered an enormous stash of heroin in certainly one of their houses within the New Brighton phase.

Alan Soler, 44, and Kevin Saunders, 25, are going through a large number of fees.

Police say there have been two young children in the house on the time of the arrests.

The Boy Scouts Group launched a observation announcing,

“The Larger New York Councils of the Boy Scouts has taken speedy motion to split from those two dad or mum volunteers, hanging Saunders on a listing of ineligible volunteers and Soler on a listing of fogeys who can not take part in our systems.”
